• Date and place of birth: 13.4.1957 in Traunstein/Bavaria
  
• 1982 - 1987 study of pharmacy at the universities of Freiburg and Erlangen.
  
• 1988 - 90 and 1994 longer stays in the USA, Australia and different Latin-American countries.
  
• 1993 job in the pharmaceutical industry (Argentina) -  control of quality
  
• 1990 - 1992 and since 1995 jobs in two different pharmacies in Germany.
